Since the Publisher 98 wasn't compiled using MSI, I would first install =
Office 97 with your IMS package, then record the installation of =
Publisher 98.

Subject: [THIN] Citrix Installation Manager - packaging Publisher 98 =
query

Not one response - surely this is a simple question...... Any takers???

Hi

I need to use Installation Manager to package Publisher 98. We have =
used it for a few apps (well the guy I replaced did). He packaged =
Office 97 and it runs fine. When I go to create the Publisher 98 =
package, should I do this on a clean machine or should I install Office =
97 via CIM first. I think Publisher 98 gets installed into the same =
directory as Office 97 so I know there will be shared files

Can someone please tell me if I should package over Office 97 or on a =
clean box

Thanks
Anthony
