Having seen a number of presentation for EdgeSight, I'd recommend having a
look at Premitech's Performance Guard, and/or egInnovations and/or RTO's
Pinpoint - if only because these are all cheaper alternatives (based on the
priceing that I've heard suggested for Edgesite once it comes out). They
also help you montior your environment outside of citrix servers; edgesite
(at the moment) will only help monitor your citrix servers :(

Actually, in Australia there is a technical presentation from one of the
SE's, via GoToMeeting, for all interested Partners this Thursday. I would
suggest that proof that it's full steam ahead.

Cheers.

My guess is they are mistaken. Citrix has withdrawn selling it until they
can resellers up to speed (as inyou have to go to a 1 day class to get
certified to sell it). They also haven't finished rebranding it yet
completely yet.

Unless you have proof of that, your spreading nothing but a rumour. I
know they have been pushing it to the channel partners and doing their
training for the resellers. I'm not saying they have or have not pulled
it but I do know a few global companies that are using the product since
product aquired it and they are happy with it.

I heard that they've stopped selling it completely - seems like they must
have found something seriously wrong with it. I think Citrix has been
acquiring these other companies, throwing their logo on the new products
and releasing them under their banner without doing enough testing/due
diligence on how the products integrate/operate.
