Hi James, Hmmm. What version of Client are you using? CSG 3.0 has the same issue with version 9.2 of the PN Classic, and 9.3 of the Java Client. I wonder if you are hitting something similar? http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX110111 When using the Version 9.3 of the ICA Java Client, or Version 9.200 of the Presentation Server Client, users may not be able to connect to published applications through Version 3.0 of Secure Gateway if the Session Reliability feature is enabled. Maybe use the Desktop Administration Tool on the AG to run Ethereal and watch the communications. Disable session reliability so that you can see how the 1494 communications works. Then re-enable it. The 2598 traffic flow should be very similar. I wonder if enabling debugging on the STA will help? To do this you need to change the LogLevel setting from 0 to say 3 in the CtxSta.Config file. If running IIS on the box, it's in the InetPub\Scripts folder. Then do an iisreset from the command line. If not running IIS, it's in the \Program Files\Citrix\System32 folder. Then restart the Citrix XML service. A file will then be created in the same folder in the format of staYYYYMMDD-000.log. Information logged in this file may help you pinpoint what is happening. Cheers. Any other suggestions? Remember the steps where you allowed access to a range or servers via 1494? Well you need to do tthe same for 2598. Cheers. I've recently implemented access gateway with AAC and it's providing access to the presentation server farm via web interface. It all works nicely except for one small issue. If I enable session reliablity I get a "Protocol Driver error". This occurs when attempting to launch an app from both the internal and external app. I've worked through most of http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX106531 (I skipped step 9 and anything about the xte service not starting as it starts just fine). Has anyone seen this issue before?
