I currently have a number of users that run the Program Neighborhood for accessing Citrix. Now I'm trying to roll out an AG. 1) When users attempt to logon to the AG they need to install Active X controls. The Endpoint anaylist works fine but there after you get stuck in a loop trying to install ActiveX controls. So I thought well let's just put a link to the client on the AG page. 2) Created a custom client using the Citrix Access Client Packager. Now the problem is the Packager installs but somehow screws up the already installed Program Neighborhood. If I the packager not to install the Presentation server client then it removes the client. If I tell it to install the Presentation server client once I logon to the AG click a Citrix app the client pops up and says it needs to install and then reboot. This is getting really painful, does anyone have advise on a easy way for end users to gain access to the AG if they already have the Citrix Program Neighborhood client? It seems like this is really badly thought out by Citrix or I'm dealing with a bug. The AG should allow you to install the Active X controls directly from the AG (doesn't work and am running latest everything). Matthew Shrewsbury, MCSE+Internet MCSE 2000 CCA Server+ Network Manager
