Thanks for your reply Andrew. I wondered as much... :)
It would be nice to have a self service "click here to get additional
apps" but with the right processes in place - (internally at least) they
should be setup correctly from the start - negating the need for a self
service website in the first place anyway. :)

Useful for Hosting providers I would guess?...
Cheers
James

Dazzle is no more isn't it? Isn't it now the 'self service plug-in'?

The self-service plugin along with merchandising server allows you to
deliver the receiver and then get users to access resources available in
your xenapp/xendesktop farm.

In terms of time and effort: it does look very whizzy. It is quite neat
in terms of a management environment may look neater for BYOC users.

I've not seen the latest revisions - but the process of getting a new
app is dependent on that app (or content) being published to the user
before hand.
So they can only access resources they've been given access to: there
was never any workflow attributed to Dazzle, or linking with any
payment/charging system.

You could just give them access via WI for a very similar experience.

Can anyone tell me if the citrix dazzle shop front is free / included
with Platinum license? Or is it a separate product?
Is it worth the time and effort? Do end users really 'self serve'? Or
would this be more beneficial to an Hosting Provider?

Cheers
James
