Doug,
If you don't know where in Policy it might be, then yanking the TS out of its 
OU and doing a gpupdate /force will do the trick...but not when live to users...

I tried REGINI.EXE and I get... "Error: Registry editing has been disabled by 
your administrator."
I am the administrator, how do I enable editing? Windows 2003 server.
