[THIN] Changing Domains

We are a windows 2000 (sp3) advanced server (Members servers only) with XP
FR2 shop.
We are upgrading to Active Directory by building a new domain. Does
removing a Citrix server from one domain and adding to another have any
affects on the farm? What would be the best test? Building another box
installing Citrix on it and rebuild the data store server then remove that
from the current domain and add it to the new one? Any suggestions or
advice? Thanks in advance.
