[THIN] Cant start application on Citrix server - Presentation server 4.5

Hi Guys,
We recently updated our SSL Cert on our Citrix server and cannot launh
applications after. Please see error message below
Citrix SSL server you have selected is not accepting connections
Is there anything we have missed.
All we did was delete that old certificate, import the new one. We can logon
with the new one, but applications wont load with the error message above.
