Oh and by the way if you want an ADMX file if you are using 2008 Group
Policy Microsoft has a free utility from Full Armor on their site called
ADMX Migrator that will convert the ADM file you made in Regtoadm to an
.ADMX. Couple of steps but you are good to go.
