[THIN] Cannot find patch for GPMC

Hi List
I was very happy to hear the about the availabilty of GPMC (Group Policy
Management Console)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/gpmc/default.mspx
So I quickly set up a XP SP1 and put the .net Framework on it, because I don't
have a 2003 Server.
At least I still need the a patch Q326469, but I couldn't find it anywhere at
M$.
Can anyone help me to find that Patch ?
