Sounds interesting but no idea how to do this Andrew. -----Original Message----- From: Andrew Wood [mailto:andrew.wood@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, October 20, 2005 12:16 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Cannot access application properties in CMC after migrating Citrix from NT to AD yes, using mfcom you could look at enumerating the app's group list and then use mfcom to remove the the groups that are wrong. Or, if you know what the groups should be, just use mfcom to remove all the existing groups regardless and create a new group list. _____ From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Steve Parr Sent: 20 October 2005 17:11 To: 'thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [THIN] Re: Cannot access application properties in CMC after migrating Citrix from NT to AD Want to remove the old NT accounts which are causing things to hang when accessing the published application properties in the CMC. -----Original Message----- From: Andrew Wood [mailto:andrew.wood@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, October 20, 2005 12:05 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Cannot access application properties in CMC after migrating Citrix from NT to AD mfcom Enumerate or just reset the app's groups? _____ From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Steve Parr Sent: 20 October 2005 16:47 To: 'thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [THIN] Cannot access application properties in CMC after migrating Citrix from NT to AD At one of our sites a small 2 server farm running XP FR3 was updated to AD and now everything thru CMC is accessible except for the application properties which gets the hourglass and never gets beyond this. I suspect this has to do with all the old NT accounts still listed with access for these apps trying to be looked up but nowhere to go. I created a test app with AD accounts added and there is no issue accessing properties for this. How do I get rid of the NT accounts in these apps if I cannot open up into properties to remove them? The AD rollout team has retired the NT PBC\BDC's. I am sure others have had this happen as well.. Steve Parr Metroland Printing, Publishing and Distributing Ltd.
