yes, using mfcom you could look at enumerating the app's group list and then
use mfcom to remove the the groups that are wrong. 
 
Or, if you know what the groups should be, just use mfcom to remove all the
existing groups regardless and create a new group list.

Want to remove the old NT accounts which are causing things to hang when
accessing the published application properties in the CMC.

Citrix from NT to AD 
At one of our sites a small 2 server farm running XP FR3 was updated to AD
and now everything thru CMC is accessible except for the application
properties which gets the hourglass and never gets beyond this. I suspect
this has to do with all the old NT accounts still listed with access for
these apps trying to be looked up but nowhere to go. I created a test app
with AD accounts added and there is no issue accessing properties for this.
How do I get rid of the NT accounts in these apps if I cannot open up into
properties to remove them? The AD rollout team has retired the NT PBC\BDC's.
I am sure others have had this happen as well..
