Check the Citrix Connection Configuration of the server(s) in question.
Under Advanced... be sure Shadowing is enabled (input ON, notify OFF).

Additionally, when you initially installed MF on the server you were
given a choice about shadowing; whatever you chose then is set in stone
on that particular server (the only way to change it is to
uninstall/reinstall MF.

Using Metaframe XP v1.0 everything seems to work extremely well,
except
for Shadowing. We have tried using the Administrator Toolbar and the
"Shadow Session" opens, the "Available Users" appear and can easily be
added >> to the "Shadowed Users". After selecting "OK" Metaframe
attempts to initialize then errors out to "Error in Connection" and
attempts to reconnect every 30 seconds.

As an alternative we attempted using the SHADOW command at the prompt
and were greeted with the following:

Remote control failed. Error code 7050

Error [7050]: The requested session cannot be controlled remotely.

Does anyone have any suggestions to begin troubleshooting? Thanks
-Jeff.
