[THIN] Cannot Print on newly built XenApp 6.5 Server

I have an issue where
I just built a refresh Windows 2008 R2/XenApp 6.5 server. The Print
Spooler was disabled during the Citrix install (by accident). The Print Spooler
was later changed to Automatic and it starts OK. Citrix is installed but
Printing doesn’t work. I get the following
Event 1116
Printer auto-creation
failure. Reason: AddPrinter() failed with status 0x5. Client name: (xxxxxx)
Printer name: (xxxxxx) in session 4) Port name: (xxxxxx) Driver name: (Citrix
Universal Printer) Print processor: (Citrix Print Processor)
I'm assuming I need
to recreate the Printing Subsystem on XenApp 6.5 due to the Print Spooler being
disabled on initial install? Would this be the case? If so how can
I do it?
