I've posted it as http://thethin.net/superkill.zip  I am assuming all there
is to it is typing superkil and the PID that you want to kill at a command
line.

I've emailed this to Jim for thethin.net downloads page, it's called
superkil and was originally written so I could shutdown a service I was
developing (that had to run under LocalSystem so when it went wrong net stop
didn't work).

Hope someone finds it useful :-)
