Hi Jeremy

The issue is that Silver Partners don't get support for this sort of thing -
we'd need a support contract like anyone else.

I'm trying to shame Citrix into realising that people shouldn't have to pay for
obvious bugs!

Thanks for the reply :)

Cheers

Russell

Hi Russell,

As a Citrix Partner you should be able to log a call and request the private
fix, or speak to your local SE. I appreciate your issue, as I've been in this
position before, but learnt that as a partner I would be in breach of my
agreement if I distributed it in any way. I know that sounds unhelpful, but
you've got to go through the right channels.

Cheers,
Jeremy.

Hello

I would be most grateful if anyone could pass on the private fix for CTX131380.

One of our clients is experiencing this problem and we would like to fix it for
them.

Email off list if preferred.

Thanks

Russell
