Subject: [THIN] CTI and TS

Does anyone have any experience of using Computer Telephony Integrated
products with TS? Stuff like Alchemy, Avaya, IPOffice? Doing screen popping
and using Phone Manager and similar? More specifically, does anyone have
experience of doing it where the terminal server is remote from the
Telephony unit? Is latency/performance an issue?

Nick
