Possibly. I know that I was having issues when the clocks of both
the CSG and STA were off by a few minutes. I would check that first.

We have Dell PowerEdge 1650's that are Dual 1.26GHz, 2GB RAM, and 3
18GB 15K Ultra160 drives in a RAID1 config. Run real smoothly.

I left everything standard for timeouts. The problem is mostly with
the cookie expiration I think. My CSG and STA are DL360's. Dual
1.2mghtz, 1gig machines. The STA is also my SQL database server for
the farm.
