[THIN] Re: CSG 2.0 + WebInterface 2.0 --> no STA's are available

OOOOH I had this once on a certain version of Checkpoint firewall. The
Checkpoint wasn't logging a failure and I could get to text files in that dir
but STA access didn't work. The STA was getting accessed over port 80.

I changes the rule block, and changed the CSG and NFUse to use port 8181
instead and she started working.

Try it. It was something with the packet inspection on the firewall that was
dropping it. I thought it was a screwed DDL too but replacing it did not fix
it. I just changed the port and off she went.

Where is your STA located? Trusted Network?

How have you got the STA's configured in the WI configuration.

As fas as I can see everything is configured correctly, user
logins via Web-Interface and gets the icons of the applications
(s)he is allowed to run.

As soon as one of the applications is clicked the following error
message appears.

"None of the configured MetaFrame Secure Gateway STAs are available."

The Ticket server is installed correctly and is up and running.

Has anyone seen this problem before with this version ?
How can I troubleshoot this problem ?

Thanks !

Jan
