Subject: [THIN] CPU Clamping

Does anyone have a free or really cheap way to do cpu clamping on Win2K
PS4A? We have an ERP application that sometimes spikes the CPU and if it
happens to two users on the same server it will max both procs. I don't
want to upgrade to Enterprise just for this one feature.
