Jim, I think this article you sent to me may have the solution, but I don't
have the FR1 Disk...

How can I get a copy of NSCPFIX.EXE??? I don't have FR1... I have all the
SPs installed.

Any clues?

You must of deleted the Citrix Management Tools directory from your
administrators startup programs menu Copy the folder from another server
back into your Documents and Settings Administrator Startup Program menu.

Subject: [THIN] CMC won't open after Java change - Error 1813 (0x715)

I just implemented a Citrix server farm with 2 servers in it that provide
desktops for about 15 Wyse Terminals. Java version 1.4 got installed on the
new servers before implementation. We have a web-based app that is very
picky about it's Java version. It needs 1.3 to work, so I had to uninstall
1.4 and install 1.3 on both servers to get the app to work.

Now, when I try to open the CMC I get this error:

The Management Console for MetaFrame XP could not be started because there
was an error in creating the process. Would you like details?

I click YES to see the details and get this:

Error code 1813 (0x715) occurred while attempting to execute " with working
directory 'C:\Progra~1\citrix\admini~1'

My CMC will NOT open.

I can't seem to find anything helpful on the Citrix KB or Google about this.
Only people having problems with mapped drive letters, which I don't use.

I'm 95% sure the java version change caused the problem. Anyone have any
ideas on how to fix it??

TIA,
