[THIN] CMC not seeing users that TSADMIN does

Has anyone else noticed that CMC doesn't see all users sometimes.
IF I look at users in TSADMIN on the same server I have extra users in a
disconnected state.
The culprit today seems to a long pcname of 15 chahracters compared to
anyone lese on the box
We only have ica, rdp listeners have been removed
