Didn't see that anyone responded back with an answer as to what was
causing this for you. We had this problem when we installed a different
version of JRE on our Citrix server. You might want to check to see if
you have a different version of JRE installed.

it doesn't. I changed the icon to
"C:\Program Files\Citrix\Administration\ctxload.exe" -nologo
and I got the following error message
"could not initialize Java virtual machine. Program will exit."
Any idea ??
