Right. I was confused about that bit there.

It said with JRE and CMC needing to be installed it would require 50MB.

So I assume the 25MB requirement is assuming JRE is already installed.

This really depends on whether your workstation already has the Java
runtime
environment installed. If so, then Citrix only needs to install some
JARs
and the disk requirements are low.

According to the Citrix Metaframe XP "Administrator's Guide", the
requirements to run CMC is... 

Disk Space = Minimum of 25Mb. 
OS = Windows NT4 or 2000. 
JRE = Version 1.3
Memory = Minimum of 64Mb. 
Processor = Pentium-class or better.
