Try logging in with local administrator details see if that works. If not
you might have to brute force the datastore to add local admins so you can
login. Search for a util called slimjim. Ive used it before without any
probs but theres no guarantee.

Your other problem could be resolved by enabling loopback policy on your ctx
servers and block inheritance, so the other policy doesn't apply to them.

Subject: [THIN] CMC Password Issue and Group Policy Workaround

Hi all. I upgraded our entire domain over the weekend to 2003 server and
I'm have 2 issues with our Citrix server.

First, I joined our Metaframe XP server (Server 2000) to the new domain. I
then attampted to open the CMC but I am now unable to login to the CMC. I
receive the message "You do not have permission to logon to Citrix
Management Console" when using my new domain credentials. Using my old
domain credentials returns "Invalid logon information".

Any ideas?

Second, and much less critical: I have a group policy that locks user
workstations after a period of inactivity. Works like a charm except that
their published desktop also locks and they have to enter their credentials
twice. The group policy is applied to an OU of which the server is not a
member; however, the policy is applied at the User level so I'm not sure
there's a way around this.

Thanks for any advice
