[THIN] CITRIX shadow utility crashes.

After upgrading one of our CITRIX servers from Metaframe XPe (Feature Release
3) to MPS 3.0 (into a seaparate "farm"), the shadow mechanism does not function
at all. Whenever any user requests to shadow another user's session, nothing
happens (only the command-like window appears for 5 seconds and then closes
silently) and the following error message appears in the Application Event Log
of the CITRIX server: "Faulting application cshadow.exe, version 2.4.2085.1,
faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000" (event Id:
1000, category: (100)). The serious implication is that we cannot use
Conferencing Manager 3.0 (which we urgently need to), since it uses the shadow
utility in its operation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
