  Anyone that is running the Citrix Access Gateway appliance in Test or 
Production have the Kiosk mode enabled?  I am trying to get mine to work and 
when I get to the login window I input my credentials (local to appliance) and 
get a screen that just says "Disconnected".  The full client with those same 
credentials works just fine.  Anyone seen this?
