The XML would only be affected by the servers you have in your Round
Robin (failover servers) under the CAM Console under the WI
configuration tool. Your configuration is something I have not worked
with. The other thing that I have found when we working with CAG are
the STA settings may not be defined to a fully qualified name.

Either way, I will not be much help with your configuration.

Thanks, Jay. I should have mentioned that we are using 3 CAGs (4.5.5)
on a hardware load balancer that connect to 2 AAC servers that connect
to 2 WI servers before it gets to my PS servers. I checked XML service
on my two WI servers and it is running. There is no XML service that I
am aware of on the CAG or AAC boxes. Should I check the XML on my whole
PS farm?

Check the XML service on your Round Robin Citrix Servers.

Subject: [THIN] CAG Logon page

I have a handful of users having issues logging into our CAG web page.
After keying in their correct credentials they are brought back to the
log on page, not the WI page that shows them the applications. Does
anyone know what could be happening here?

Thank you,
