Run filemon and regmon as an admin ans as a normal user and run a windiff on
the files

Hello,
I'm looking someone who have installed BO 5.1.3 on a
W2K server and MF FR2. It runs like a charm with an administrator account
but with user right, the application doesn't start. I have changed rights on
the program files and registry but no effects.
