Why would you want to do this? The best thing to do would be for the client
to map to the TS drive or FTP the directory over to their drive and run it
locally.  Otherwise the burning process would be painfully slow via a TS
session.
You can use a product like WTSFTP for it

burn from a Terminal Services Session to a clients cd-burner. I'm sorry
