Just created a new Citrix policy and chose the option to optimize for a
dial-up connection.  I then went it and turned off more items.  Will
test and see how it goes.

Just short of doing this on a global basis, not a good option for us, I
think I read in CPS 4.0 that I could do this via Citrix policies (but I
am still on v3.0 of presentation server.

I would think that a packeteer box in conjunction to turning off as many
of the virtual channels as possible would get you within reasonable
numbers.
