[THIN] Bandwidth Over Subscription

What are the consequences of over-subscribing the bandwidth? That is, what
happens if there is less bandwidth available per session than the 20kbps
recommended by Citrix? In our case, we have 130 people connecting from a
remote location via T1, each person could have as little as 1544kbps/130 =
11kbps. Any thoughts would be appreciated..
