You could deploy two Licensing servers and only install the license tokens
on one primary system. Ghost this system. If primary system fails users
will still be able to retrieve a temporary license from the second server
until you restore your primary.

I don't think you can do it. I read somewhere that you'll get only Event log
of your licenses. You have to call Microsoft to activate TS licenses if you
move your server. I would suggest ghosting it down.

Subject: [THIN] Backup Licensing Server

I'd like to set up a backup TS licensing server. Right now, I only have 1
DC setup as a licensing server. What will happen if that particular DC is
down for a day? I suppose that only "unlicensed" clients will not be able
to use Termnal Server. Can anyone point me to some information regarding
backup TS license servers? I couldn't find anything. I know I need to
install TS licensing services on another DC, but how are licenses going to
be shared? __________________________________
