[THIN] Backup Exec Error

We have 2 Citrix Metaframe XP servers that get backed up by a third server
using Backup Exec 9.x
Both are configured in the same way.
With 1 server we always get the following error: The job failed with the
following error: Unable to attach to one of the drives
The drive is the "root" / profile drive (X:) set via RootDrv2.Cmd.
Otherwise all the data on the server is backed up.
Drive X is not selected in the Backup Exec Job nor is it available.
If anyone has had this problem your advice would be greatly appreciated
