On NT4 with the AT command you dont need to be logged in.. It seems to take=
 the admins credentials and run under that when the task is made..

Somewhat irrelevant, but thought i'd throw it in all the same :)

You don't need to be logged in for a scheduled task to run. You specify a
set of credentials when you create the task. Note that this is using Task
Scheduler and NOT the 'at' command, which does require that you're logged
in. I have tons of Win2K servers running scheduled tasks without being
logged in.=20
