We have a Task scheduler that is part of Timesaver. This scheduler DOES
have to be logged in. Its a independent Application that schedules
paycalculations, Clock pollings, etc...

You don't need to be logged in for a scheduled task to run. You specify a
set of credentials when you create the task. Note that this is using Task
Scheduler and NOT the 'at' command, which does require that you're logged
in. I have tons of Win2K servers running scheduled tasks without being
logged in.
