Dunno how its getting changed, but setting the value and the permissions on the
reg key via GPO will surely stop it from happening?

Been seeing this one off and on in a XenApp 5.0FP3/W2K8 farm. GPO
disables taskbar option to enable autohide correctly. Somehow during
the Citrix session the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects2
key gets changed on the 9th value (where this and other taskbar
options are set) from hex 0A to hex 09 which turns on the autohide
feature back on. The session is a full screen published desktop.
