-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 That's a very good question. We are going to install the same driver on one of the MF servers, and then replicate it from there. That would test my theory out as to why the printers are not autocreating. Also, does the Import Print Server feature also import the driver, or just the printer name on the print server? They have been using the Import Print Server feature within the CMC. However, the printers are not autocreating when the user is either explicitly added to the imported printer, or to the group that is added to the imported printer. When the user logs in, an Event ID 1110 is logged stating: The configured printer (HP Color LaserJet 4550 PCL) cannot be auto-created. Required printer driver is not installed on this server. If I view the current list of drivers installed on all servers via the CMC, the server that logs this event is in the list of servers installed on. Any tips? Any ideas as to what is causing this?
