I try to clarify.
The client is Spanish or English, but the server is installed in English
but installed language kit in japanase, beacuse is the only way to write
in japanase by the japanase staff.
Well, it's not the problem.
When the users (OS in spanish) connect to server and map the local printer
in the side of server creates the printer as 'printer name/user
name/sessionXXX'
the only character in japanese is 'sessionXXX'.
And this is not posible to change in the side of client.
Any suggestions.

I think you answered your own question.....
when they conect they change back....so where does the change come
from...from the client....so the change should be done at the client.
or make a marvelous script that resets the printer name after each time a
japanese user log on.....

Hi all,
I'm having strange issues with TS users (not ICA) in the process of
autocreate printers.
In our farm we have one server configured in Japanese, and if users
connects to jap. server, the printer autocreated has
japanese characters in its name, the some programs (Client Access) doesn't
print.
The question:
How can I change the name of the printer?
Because each time they connect autocreate new printer and the name
changes.
