Updateing the video card for your TS will improve performance for the
console user, and won't do a darn thing for any connected remote
sessions. But I'm betting that your redraw rate is already better from
the console than it is through a session w/ your current vid card.=20

Have you played w/ speedscreen settings at all for this app?

Subject: [THIN] Autocad related question

Probably a stupid question, if so hold the snickering down.

We are running Windows 2000 TS with Metaframe 1.8, all SP's current.
User load=20
is about 30-40 users. The box is a quad processor (~800MHZ) with 2GB of
memory.=20
Running Autocad 2002 and while the speed is acceptable at times, when
trying to=20
move things around in large drawings, the redraws are quite slow.=20

My question, would putting a strong video card in the Citrix server,
make an=20
improvement?
