I have a program that requires me to start it as and admin before anyone else can use it. So, I have a script that runs on a workstation using AutoIt, that logs in as an administrator, opens the program and then logs off again. Or you could have it keep the session open. -----Original Message----- From: Minero Hector B DLVA <MineroHB@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Thin (E-mail)" <thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Mon, 21 Jun 2004 10:18:35 -0400 Subject: [THIN] Auto logon on Terminal Server Due to the Acrobat 6.0 Distiller problems that require an Administrator to be logged in at the console in order to work, I've thought about configuring one Terminal Server for Auto-logon at boot time. However; all the tips and suggestions I've found to accomplish this save the password in plain text in the registry, something that I cannot have. Is there a way workaround for this? What's the best and most secure way to configure Automatic logon at boot time?
