Delete their normal.dot in their profile, it is templating the changes for
them. It is probably corrupt. The normal.dot will be recreated then.

Subject: [THIN] Auto Format

Hello
We run Word 2000 under Citrix XPe FR2 and Windows 2000 Server SP2 and we
have users who opens a saved documents and without the user doing anything,
it changes from normal view to outline view and makes all sorts of
formatting changes -- add page breaks etc. and sections become totally
garbled. This does not happen all the time but has happend to several users
on a number of occassions.
Grateful for any help and advice.
Regards
