When you installed Office 2000 did you install it using the Cotrol Panel
Add/remove programs and also use a mst file for it?

We run Word 2000 under Citrix XPe FR2 and Windows 2000 Server SP2 and we
have users who opens a saved  documents and without the user doing =
anything,
it changes from normal view to outline view and makes all sorts of
formatting changes -- add page breaks etc. and  sections become totally
garbled. This does not happen all the time but has happend to several =
users
on a number of occassions. Grateful for any help and advice.=20
