From what I can tell by looking at the MFCOM documentation, no. It mentions
the word 'evaluator' only in the context of admin permissions, i.e., an
admin having permission to manage/view/edit/assign load evaluators. I looked
at the WFAPI documentation also, but it doesn't refer to the word
'evaluator' at all.
