And I also remembered one more thing on this. There is a free utility by
Spectro Display called execblock that DOES work in windows 2003

W2K3 has some software restriction policies built in.  Also the version of
appsec in the W2K resource kit is missing files and you should download the
correct version from MS's ftp site.  See
