[THIN] Applying NT policy to AD user

Does anyone know if its possible to apply NT policy to AD users? If a server
is in a NT domain with a standard NT config.pol policy and the user belongs
to AD domain, when they log onto the NT server can I get a policy applied to
them? Thats what I'm trying to do but it doesn't seem to be taking the
policy.
Any ideas?
