I think the article stated it was free for up to 5 simultaneous connections,
but you could buy the full product for more.

program Applidis.

It is a program from Infostance which enables
you to publish seamless applications using only RDP from MS terminal
services.
He doesn't list a download link for the program but I found one at Cnet and
the companies website:
