Frankly Neil...I have been messing around with you similiarly to how
you've been messing with me. Obviously you know your stuff and I
respect that. I just have lost interest in the mental battle over
Microsoft because as a battle of opinions...I don't think either of us
will be able to make a point to the other. If I have said anything that
has been offensive to you, please note that it was all in fun. Thank
you.
As far as the process thing goes, I'm just being a prick. Sorry.

And do you just want to argue with whatever I've written?
The point being, you *can't* do it for an application - in general -
merely a process running at that snapshot in time - re-read what was
*asked* in the first place.
