Subject: [THIN] Application limits

We publish a desktop and im having problems with people pegging out the
processor with one instance of IE or some other application. Is there =
any
way to limit the amount of processor that a certain .exe uses? Even if =
its
running inside a published desktop? Also, if i limit the desktop
applications CPU priority level, will that limit the amount of the =
processor
that app can take up? If all the answers are no, is there a third party
utility that will help?
