Hi Matthew,

From a functional viewpoint, the latest version of the CA antivirus isn't too bad.

My objection to the CA product is more from objecting to the stupid design of the CA licensing subsystem and the fact that the earlier versions of the product had an excesssive I/O overhead and really limited configuration logic like allowing you to set check on write but not check on read.

I think CA has had to grow into a nearly acceptable TS product rather than Trend which has always (mostly) been there already.

regards,

Rick

What is wrong with CA? I don't think it is that great but would be curious as to your experience.

Hi,

I'd suggest Trend.

Certainly can't recommend McAfee's or CA.

Rick

Trend Micro is the best imho

We are also trialling F-Secure, and it seems to be pretty ok as well...

Hi list,

I have to take an urgent decision about to by another antivirus for all
pc's and servers.
We use W2k server with Citrix XP and also Lotus Domino.

Now we've got Panda, but we're fed up with it...
Please, could you with me any recomendations with any good antivirus to
use inside Citrix?

Thanks a lot.
