I realize that it will install and run on a TS and I've read through the Whitepaper. The problem I have with the Installer is launched it will not wait until the application is complete before the rest of the script continues. Adding a "start /wait" to beginning of the setup /s line does not help. The alternate method is to use the .msi and feed the .msi the .icf you wish to use. So the line looks something like: Start /wait msiexec /i "eTrust Antivirus.msi" /qn INO_ICFFILE="custom.icf" At first, this appears to works but if you have anything specified in the [PostAction] section of the .icf, that part is not executed. I can try to these updates afterwards, but then I'm back to problem #1. The answer is to add a sleep command (if you have the resource kit installed), but that's so ineffecients. I have a VB script that identifies and waits for a process to end. It works great for the Oracle Client install, but not for this... Joe In fact, I'm on a TS running eTrust 7.1.501 as On 3/27/06, Matthew Shrewsbury <MShrewsbury@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > > There is actually a whitepaper on how to install in a TS environment.
